Read this first. EarnWhile is in development and has not been released. No earning provider is enabled, and no opportunities are available. Cash out is unavailable, and no payout has been processed. Everything below describes how the app is designed to behave. If you have reached this page from somewhere claiming otherwise, the claim is not ours.

Getting started

What EarnWhile is, and what it is not yet.

What does EarnWhile do?

EarnWhile is an iOS app being built around one question: you have a few spare minutes — what is the best use of them? You would tell the app how long you have, it would rank the opportunities you are eligible for, and it would put one recommendation at the top along with the reasoning behind it.

A fuller description is on the home page.

Can I download EarnWhile?

Not yet. EarnWhile is in development and has not been released. There is no App Store listing, and no release date has been set. This site does not collect sign-ups, so there is nothing to join and no list to be added to.

Does it cost anything?

EarnWhile is designed to be free to use, with no subscription and no purchase required to see recommendations. Pricing has not been finalised, and nothing on this site is an offer or a commitment.

Which devices will it support?

iOS only, on iPhone. No Android or web version is planned at this stage. The minimum supported iOS version will be stated on the App Store listing when one exists.

Account & sign-in

Signing in, and what an account holds.

Why does EarnWhile need an account at all?

A reward ledger has to belong to someone. Without an account there is no way to keep a record of what was started, what was confirmed, and what state each entry is in — which is most of what the app is for.

What does an account hold?

The design keeps it to what an account and a reward ledger genuinely need: an identifier, the records of opportunities started, and the state of each reward entry. The Privacy Policy is the authoritative description, and it is written to stay accurate while the app is unreleased.

I cannot sign in.

There is no released app to sign in to yet, so if you are being asked to sign in to something calling itself EarnWhile, it is not ours. Please forward it to support@earnwhile.app — that is genuinely useful to us.

How do I delete my account?

Account deletion is not available yet. There is no released app to delete an account from. When there is, the route will be described here and in the Privacy Policy, and this page will say so plainly rather than by implication.

If you have questions about data held by ColbyCo Labs LLC in the meantime, write to support@earnwhile.app.

Opportunities

What appears, and why it is ranked that way.

Why do I see no opportunities?

Because there are none. No earning provider is enabled, and no opportunities are available. That is the current state of the product, not a fault with your device or your account.

Which providers does EarnWhile work with?

None are enabled, and no provider agreement is in place. EarnWhile is provider-agnostic by design — opportunities are modelled in one canonical shape and each provider sits behind an adapter — but naming a partner before an agreement exists would be a claim we cannot back, so this site names none.

How is the top recommendation chosen?

By a deterministic, explainable score rather than a model you cannot inspect. The signals it is built to weigh are listed on the home page: expected earnings rate, qualification and completion likelihood, tracking reliability, fit to your time window, effort, and how dependable the source has been.

The same inputs always produce the same result. That is what makes it possible to show you the reasoning at all.

Why did an opportunity disappear?

Availability is designed to come from the provider, and inventory changes. An opportunity you were eligible for a moment ago may be full, closed, or no longer offered to your profile. The app is built to say that rather than leave a dead entry in the list.

Reward tracking

What each reward state means.

These are the states the reward model is built around. A wallet that collapses them into one number is the thing this category keeps getting wrong, so EarnWhile is designed to name each one.

  1. Tracking

You started something and the provider has not yet reported it. Nothing is assumed before that report arrives — an optimistic guess here is how other apps end up retracting a balance later.

  2. Pending

The provider confirmed it, but it is still inside their hold period — the window in which they may still reverse it. The app is designed to show the reason and the expected clearing time beside the entry.

  3. Available

The final cleared state in the reward model. Cash out is unavailable, and no payout has been processed — so this is a state the ledger records, and it is not a claim that money can leave the app.

Not tracked The provider never recorded it. Shown plainly rather than quietly vanishing from a total — see “A missing reward” below.
Reversed The provider clawed it back after crediting it — usually for a quality or fraud check. The app is designed to say what happened and when.
No hold periods or minimums are published anywhere on this site. They are open business decisions. When they are settled they will appear in the Terms, not in a marketing sentence.

A missing reward

If something did not track.

No provider is enabled today, so this cannot happen yet. It is written down now because it is the single most common support question in this category, and because the answer should not be invented under pressure later.

1. Check the state first

An entry sitting in tracking or pending is not missing — it is waiting. The wallet is designed to show which of those it is, and roughly how long that state usually lasts.

2. Note what you did

Which opportunity, roughly when you started it, and how far you got. A screener that ended early and a task you completed are different outcomes with different explanations.

3. Write to us

Send those details to support@earnwhile.app. Include the state shown in the app. Please do not send passwords or payment details — we will never ask for them.

What we will not promise. Whether a reward can be recovered usually depends on the provider's own record, not on ours. Any process for that will be described once a provider is live and the process actually exists.

Privacy & your data

Where you stand, in short.

The Privacy Policy is the authoritative version. This is the summary, so you do not have to read a legal document to get an answer to a simple question.

This website collects nothing

No cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no forms and no third-party scripts. There is nothing here to opt out of.

No advertising identifier

EarnWhile's shipping composition contains no advertising SDK and does not request the advertising identifier.

Deletion, stated honestly

Account deletion is not available yet, and the Privacy Policy says so rather than implying a route that does not exist.

Asking about your data

Write to support@earnwhile.app. The rights section of the Privacy Policy describes what can be asked for.

Contact EarnWhile

One address, and a person reads it.

Support questions, privacy requests, App Store review questions, press, provider and partnership enquiries — all of it goes to the same place.

There is no contact form here on purpose: a form that says “message sent” without a system behind it is a lie told politely. Email is the whole of it, and it is read by a person rather than a queue. We do not publish a response time, because we have no staffed support desk to hold one up.
