Yes. EarnWhile is for adults 18 and over. When you sign in, the app asks you to confirm that you're 18 or older, and it relies on your answer. It doesn't ask for your date of birth or verify your age. If you say you're under 18, earning isn't available, and that answer isn't stored.

Public earning access is not open. Games is inactive in Build 14. Private survey access requires current account authorization, age eligibility and explicit provider participation consent. An empty list is not a reason to switch accounts or repeatedly refresh.

The redesigned Earn and Offers screens organize the opportunities authorized for your account. When an opportunity has a “Why this one?” explanation, it shows the available reasons and uncertainties. Our inactive Games design emphasizes the next milestone and its conditions.

Surveys look for particular groups of people. The first few questions check whether you're in the group, and if you aren't, the survey ends early. The partner decides who qualifies, and a screen-out usually doesn't earn a reward.

A screen-out alone does not establish an account restriction. Provider results, eligibility and any quality review must be checked before drawing a conclusion.

Partners open and close opportunities all the time. A survey may have filled up, ended, or stopped being offered to people with your profile.

Third-party partners, such as survey companies. When you start an opportunity, you complete it with that partner, under their terms and privacy policy. The app tells you who the partner is before you start.

Every reward in your wallet is labeled with where it stands.

Tracking

You finished a task, and we're waiting for the partner to report it.

Pending

Verified earnings stay Pending for a standard 7-day hold. A provider-specific hold may apply. Valid earnings then become settlement-eligible; settlement must run before they become Available. Fraud, invalid activity, disputes, reversals or documented review may delay or prevent availability. Pending cannot be cashed out.

Available

Settlement has run and the reward counts toward your Available balance. Only Available may be cash-out eligible when cash out is enabled; cash out is currently unavailable.

Under review

A documented review may delay settlement or prevent availability; the standard hold does not guarantee clearance on day 7.

Lifetime earned

Total verified earnings after reversals, including Pending and previously cashed-out earnings. This is not your cash-out balance.

Not Tracked

The partner never recorded the task, so no reward was credited.

Reversed

The partner took a reward back after crediting it, usually after a quality or fraud check.

Verified earnings appear immediately as Pending. The standard hold is 7 days; a provider-specific hold may apply. After the hold, valid earnings become settlement-eligible. Settlement must run before they become Available. Fraud, invalid activity, provider disputes, reversals or documented review may delay settlement or prevent a reward from becoming Available. Pending cannot be cashed out. Only Available balance may be eligible when cash out is enabled. Cash out is currently unavailable.

Check your wallet first. A reward marked Tracking or Pending isn't missing. It's waiting.

If a finished task shows as Not Tracked, or doesn't appear at all, email support@earnwhile.app with:

• which opportunity it was
• roughly when you started and finished
• what your wallet shows for it

We'll look into it. Partners record completions on their side, so we can't always recover a reward.

Tracking tends to be more reliable with VPNs and content blockers turned off.

Partners review finished tasks. If they decide a response was rushed, inconsistent or a duplicate, they can take the reward back. Your wallet shows it as Reversed.

Cash out isn't available yet. Our current policy is a five-dollar minimum and no user withdrawal fee, with a standard 7-day hold on provider earnings; a provider-specific hold may apply. Before cash out opens, we'll publish the payout options and timing in the app and in our Terms.

With Apple, with Google, or with an email address and password.

Use the same sign-in method you used to create the account. If you signed up by email and were sent a confirmation link, check your spam folder.

No. It's one account per person.

In the app, open Profile and choose Delete account. Deleting can't be undone. It ends your normal access to the account and to any remaining balance, and it doesn't cash out rewards automatically. The app shows the amount before you confirm.

We clear your profile and remove your preferences, registered devices and in-app activity. Records of rewards, payouts, partner reports and any fraud or security review stay under an internal account reference. The Privacy Policy has the details.

If you signed in with Apple, the app asks you to confirm with Apple so we can disconnect EarnWhile from your Apple Account at the same time. If you can't get into the app, email support@earnwhile.app.

An email address to sign in, an optional display name, your preferences, your confirmation that you're 18 or older, your device model and iOS version, a device identifier we generate, and your activity in the app so rewards can be credited. When a partner is switched on, it receives a reference we generate for you and your IP address, not your name or email. The Privacy Policy covers each of these.

The app has no advertising or analytics SDKs and doesn't use Apple's advertising identifier. Survey providers receive a provider-specific reference and your IP address, and may collect browser information and cookies on their pages. See the provider notices and policies for their practices and choices. This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
